Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the courier has left.

If the order is not suitable, give it back to the courier. You’ll only be charged for the delivery fees. NO EXCHANGES are allowed once the courier has left.

Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the customer.

Final sale items and items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for exchange.
Please note: Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition.
